Smoke Rats Custom — Refund & Exchange Policy

All Smoke Rats products are inspected before shipment. We stand behind our craftsmanship and will make it right if something leaves our shop with a defect.

We accept returns and exchanges for manufacturing defects only, including:

• Broken or cracked components
• Misaligned parts or hardware
• Crooked or distorted construction
• Sewing or stitching errors on pouches

To request a return or exchange, email smokeratscustom@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery, including your order number and clear photos of the defect. Once approved, returns will be exchanged for the same item. Please note, we do not offer cash refunds — exchanges only.

All customized or engraved items are final sale and non-returnable, regardless of circumstance. Please review all customization details carefully before placing your order. Items showing signs of normal wear, misuse, or damage caused after delivery are not eligible.
