All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Custom engraved orders may require additional processing time. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
- Standard Shipping — $5.95 (3–7 business days)
- Free standard shipping on orders of $60 or more
We ship from Rochester, NY. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays outside our control.
Order Tracking Once shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after receiving your notification.
Lost or Stolen Packages Smoke Rats Custom is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after carrier confirmation of delivery. If your package is missing, please contact your local post office or file a claim with the carrier directly.
