• Initials: same-size letters in their requested order.
• Monogram: smaller outside letters with the last-name initial larger in the center.
• Badge number: your badge number engraved as text.
• Company designation: a short designation such as E00 for Engine or T00 for Truck.

Extended text upgrades: $5.95 per item

Choose one of these options for one engraving location:

• Full name.
• Full department name.
• Rank and name.

Text must fit the available engraving area. Longer department names may be arranged on two lines. The proposed size and layout will be shown in your proof.

Lettering styles

Choose from Arial Black, Bebas Neue, Cinzel Bold, and Great Vibes for initials, monograms, and extended text. Badge numbers and short company designations use Arial Black for a consistent, readable finish.

How it works

1. Select your engraving type and provide the exact text and lettering style you want. For monograms, clearly identify the last-name initial and your desired letter order.
2. We'll send one proof. Check the spelling, numbers, letter order, font, and layout carefully.
3. Reply YES to approve or NO to decline. We won't engrave without your approval. A NO pauses engraving; it does not begin a custom redesign.

Please choose your lettering style before requesting your proof. Custom font searches and customer-requested style revisions are not included. If we make an error in your proof, we'll correct it.

Text engraving only. Custom pictures, badge images, department logos, and other artwork are not available at this time.

This is an engraving add-on for an eligible accessory purchase, not a standalone physical item. The accessory is sold separately. Free options are $0; each extended text upgrade is $5.95 per item for one engraving location.
